Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days

Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days

End game.
So I'm taking the chopper exit. Not sure if that is the only way out as there was the sewer thing too, but followed the chopper.

I like this game, I do, but this part is a nightmare. These games are difficult from the start. Usually have all my players running on fumes, but the game now has me going from the top of the map to the bottom. Base moving is too costly on the characters considering most of the places around them are looted, so I can't stock up. Not much food, no places to loot food and not all bases have gardens and water. Don't need water though, I have loads, but the fact you can't make a garden, distillery or water catcher is odd.

The idea of base moving is cool due to your current base attracting more zombies, but having to move 4 - 5 bases just to get to where I need to be is too costly.

I've maxed out everything too and still not come across gun pieces or level 3 guns.

I wonder how you ended up with tons of water, but no food. Since food seems very common, while the water to cook it was a lot rarer. I want to say I had something like 40 pieces of raw meat when I beat the game, and just as many vegetables as well.

The top tier guns are not in the game yet though.

That's why I don't take a lot of characters because it's hard to feed them all. But with the cooker guy, I upgrade the kitchen to the second level and just do goulash because for 1 meat and 1 vegetable, you have 4 portions
I had so many ductape and whatever else and made it with the water catcher near the start. i did end up with about 9 people lol! Just finished the game myself. I never got the cook in this run, but as i went to the bottom of the map, i manged to get food and make casserole with did 6 per shift and the energy it gives back is about a day and a halves worth.

Good game, but my only dislike is all the base moving to get to areas on the map.
finished "the network" escape plan, idk about those two yet but I'll try next time, man,... it surely hard at the end 'cuz there's this one zombie at the middle of the tunnel that got one of my survivor, also the other killed by the smuggler at the water tank area, costly but worth it.

I've just finished part 1 of the sewer plan, so yet to find out what is to come. Stocked up this time though after the first run. Got my feels for it now.

I just did it, eneded up with 6 survivor. Tons of food, tons of meds, tons of weapon with my base fully upgraded. When moving hideout, just remember to keep the barricades up when you leave so if you have to come back, it will be fine.
I dont quite understand what's TAXING on your characters. The game is pretty lineant on how much food it gives, how easy moral and sleep is to recover etc.

I think it's because I wasn't following the actual quest line when I started. I just get jumping to places. I didn't have anyone who could make extra food too. It's one of those learn from your mistake games.
