Best Electronics hideout "residents"
So I was wondering if you are able to not kill the two people inside Best Electronics hideout. I don't think I've seen anyone addressed this so far.
I've been there two times, both time I've seen a tall and slender man and then a woman (sometimes it can be blonde, other can be afro American). Ultimately I've cleared the hideout by killing them, which is unfortunate, but is there an option to make them join you?

It is possible to loot the rooms, apparently especially at night (or it is an optical effect), avoiding the residents, without killing them, because they have a specific movement pattern. When you enter through the roof, wait for the room to empty and go to the other side, and so on. I was able to take everything without being attacked. It is only necessary when you are on the lowest floor, when you inevitably end up being noticed, to leave quickly by running. It is like Hardwick, no need to attack him to take the revolver and the 4 bullets.

i dont think so, kill them, they might be the one who did all hideous things on some places
Don't think so. I don't agree with combat on sight without any attempt to recruit them, but obviously the game didn't offer the choice to talk first.
Nope not possible to join you.

U can either loot the Best electronics the things u can find then move along leave the survivor tenant alone. Killing the none hostile survivor only just to take over their place to become our shelter base, but technically speaking I think theres a flaw in here or not updated yet, because I find no comfort killing the none hostile survivor to take over their shelter base just to know that the base shelter isnt that great? no garden, no water collector only double bed. The best part is the Best electronics is not really needed into moving base shelter (based on their location in the map area), unless the developer want to develop the east side of Walton city which is still a black area.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

My thinking exactly. So you can only try and dodge them, while scavenging. Regarding Hardwick, I managed to grab all the loot (revolver included) without killing him. Seemed like the smarter way to approach that.

Hardwick's corpse contains a few more items including a makeshift blade. If you are the type of looter you surely want this.

But nevermind. The people on best electronics don't carry loot with them. But if i was right you still have to kill both of them in order to move in.

Yes, the hideout becomes available only by killing them.
Some people wouldn't feel so bad about it if there was some sign of immorality to them
