Pistol locations (Gun parts?)

Just curious if these are static or change with each playthrough. Any more experienced players know?

They're not static.
I've found tons all over the place. Ironically the police station had none, but did have a pistol. I have yet to find the revolver despite having nearly the entire map cleared.

I'm near certain, at least some are static.
I always find one at the Taxi Station, near the Starting area.

I'm not really sure about gun parts but you can always find a pistol at the fire station n. 8 and the revolver at hardwick's trailer (got get a clue for that first tho)

You can get a D9 pistol at Precinct No. 9, Fire Station No. 8, and Mitchum Powell Plaza.
