Anyway, that's counter to the answer given by the devs. Maybe it's just for the demo? I dunno.
U need to find a survivor with more back pack inventory to store the loots that u find in the scavenge run. Demo run is something like a tutorial whats going to happen in the release of the game, and judging by some of the players already access to the early press and started streaming, players need to be selective when collecting loots. U cant possibly get all loots in 1 run.
I think the poster you quoted was talking about transferring loot when you move houses, not when you go on scavenge runs. Though the backpack sizes could still be a factor in how much you transfer from house to house when moving.
Ops my bad. The guy probably not aware even if the player stay at the shelter base before then move out say Irving street? u can still scavenge the place that u once shelter before to find some loots that u are not able to access in those areas when u first sheltered there.
