Can confirm the base price is $24.99 USD. There will be regional pricing, depending on your country.
Day 1 buy :D
Wow...
To me everything below 40 is fine., while even that depends on the content it has at launch, and if there maybe are free DLCs coming. I mean, with a lot of content and free future DLCs im willing to pay even more. Depends on a lot of things... you cant just say "max 30 or im out"... lol
However, for me that price is a steal. Day 1 purchase, and if you offer some kind of supporters pack, ill get that too. Love the demo. Great job.
As someone who played the demo for many hours, I would have paid $50 for it.
And depending on how much content its coming with, and what they plan for the future, this game could have a higher price tag than 30 easily.
However they start with 25, and probably paid DLCs later (hopefully), which is an amazing price tag.
Ultimately, price is always relative, it fluctuates based on market conditions, branding, and perceived value. What remains absolute, however, is the gaming experience itself, which is uniquely defined by each player’s expectations, enjoyment, and personal engagement.
Money isn’t everything, and that’s sometimes what makes the difference. Pricing is tricky: too expensive and it may attract only a few players, too cheap and it might raise doubts or drive them away.
Here, the price of this game is completely within the norm for its category. It’s neither AAA nor shovelware, but a gem nonetheless.
it's early access bro, some people have been burned too many times. still this is a day 1 for me, i've been wanting something similar to This War of Mine
I can understand where they're coming from. The game looks freaking awesome to me but some people see essentially a 2D side-scroller, with Zombies (a bit tired, or never gets old for you). I mean compare this game to Horizon: Zero Dawn or Call of Duty (whatever number they're on). Those are fully immersive 3D games with a lot of moving parts and diversity or alternate modes of gameplay. Honestly I can't wait to play this game and think the Dev's are about to hit this outta the park. From what I've played and what I've seen on their "live stream" I'm really hyped and would totally pay $40 as you said. The fact that it's $25 is crazy to me, I hope they sell a 10 million copies
Fingers crossed...
