I meant like real life situation if there was a zombie outbreak in real and you had a workbench that you built in your shelter and later on you decide to move shelters, there is no way you can dismantle everything and take it to the next shelter without making back and forth trips which could be time consuming and risky so in that scenario you have to re-build said workbench in your new shelter which would be a lot more easier than dismantling the old one and carrying it to your new shelter.
