Frank at the firestation, Aubry at the Taxi station and Joe at the gas station... You can get them all, I go south first to get Joe (essential backpack space) rush to Firestation and get Frank (you need a lockpick to open a door and climb the fire training tower) Aubry is on top of a billboard on a roof in the second building in the Taxi depot.

Take note though, players wanted to save all survivors is a good thing, but u need to consider your food source. That is why players in DEMO version must save Joe and Frank fast due to: Joe have extra 2 spaces in backpack can carry more items and food; Frank can cook 2 meals using 1 food source and 1 water. Plant vege in the petrol kiosk rooftop garden is one way, but it will take 4 phases to harvest the vege, if u move shelter from the petrol kiosk then the planted vege in the garden are gone as well.

U need to pile up some food and water bro, its going to be rough to maintaining 15 survivors. Good cook survivors strongly needed.

Leave some until the last few missions, then go collect them, that way you don't need to feed so many for so long.

well as long as your periodically move back to the one base with a garden and water filter you can easily net enough food as long as you have one good cook survivor
