Performance issues
When i bought the game i got 60 fps stable, But since a month i got some performance issues, even in Low Graphics with DirectX 11 i got 30-40 fps, I Reinstaled two times but nothing changed, The loading screens took a long time to load (5/6 Minutes) and also sometimes makes my PC Crash. I Got a Radeon RX 580, Intel Core i5-9400 and RAM 16GB (Even Red Dead Redemption on high graphics was running at 50 fps) Plzz help me (btw, fix the NPC's AI, they're dumb af)

Try DX12.

Check your CPU/GPU utilization using Windows task manager. It seems like you have a high CPU usage, because of a bug or another software.

Try to disable Steam, Ubisoft Connect, Radeon overlays Try to disable anti-cheat using '-BattlEyeLauncher' launch option in game's Steam properties. Add the game and BattlEye (including WatchDogsLegion_BE.exe) to anti-virus exceptions.

I don't know how exactly RX580 drivers work (I have RX6600), but make sure that you have enough free space on C: drive for shader caches, and nothing blocks access to AMD folder where they are stored.
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\AMD\DxCache for DX11 games
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\AMD\DxcCache for DX12 games

Just in case, move somewhere (or delete) ultra textures if you don't use them. Based on benchmark tests It might lead to a lower RAM/VRAM usage even on Very High and High settings:
data_win64\videos_ultra.dat
data_win64\videos_ultra.fat
data_win64\worlds\london\london_ultra.dat
data_win64\worlds\london\london_ultra.fat

No one will fix AI, they stopped updating the game a long time ago. IMO AI is smart enough for an open world game, if you don't like how AI works, try Resistance difficulty.

Hey HakaTaka,

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing performance issues.

In order to find the possible cause of it, for testing purposes, could you try disabling the Ubisoft Connect Overlay and see if this may improve the performance in game for you?

Please let me know if you need any further assistance!
