uplay_steam_mode -sound2d

When im trying to play WDL when i open the game from steam/uplay i get the error message uplay_steam_mode -sound2d . What will i do? In "WatchDogsLegion.exe" select the option to run as admin

Sorry to hear that you are getting this error when trying to start WDL.

I have a few steps that I would like to provide you regarding this. Please try:

1. Navigate to the Watch Dogs Legion folder: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Watch Dogs
Legion\bin\
2. Locate the game EXE file
a. Right click and select properties
b. In the compatibility tab, select the option to run as admin
3. Create a shortcut on your desktop for the game EXE file
4. Right-click on the shortcut and select Properties
5. Set the Target to: "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Watch Dogs Legion\bin\<Game.exe>" "-uplay_steam_mode" (Remember to include the quotation marks and change C to which ever drive the game is installed to.)
7. Apply changes and launch the game from the icon.

Can you let us know if this gives the same error? If you have any additional queries, please let us know!
