Need Help with Achievements!

I want to play the game again, but I have gained several achievements.
It wouldn't be a problem if I didn't want to do 100% of the game from the start.

I used SAM to reset the achievements, but every time I re-enter the game, my achievements come back. What do I do?

I've been trying for hours and days to reset my achievements from Ubisoft games since they put achievements on AC.
I also want to restart my games from scratch, especially Watch_Dogs, which I love.

I've tried everything,
-> Clear all stats on the Steam Console
-> Delete achievements manually one by one on the Steam Console
-> Edit file to force offline mode on Ubisoft Connect
-> Block Ubisoft synchronization via Windows firewalls
-> Play Offline on Steam.
-> Others tons of stuffs.

Unfortunately nothing worked, as achievements are very well protected on Ubisoft servers.
The only solution would be to transfer our games to another Ubisoft Connect account.
But it's been days since I sent my message to support and they're in no hurry to reply.

Ubisoft knows very well how to disappoint us.

I want to play the game again and unlock achievements in order on steam, and not see how they just unlock at once from uplay
I want a choice so that this does not happen🙄🙄🙄

I agree, it's a bummer to launch the game and instantly get 100% without having to replay it. What they should do, is add new achievements. Like beating the whole game on the hardest difficulty which they didn't implement in Watch Dogs 1 and 2.

Dude, you're crazy. It's Ubisoft... It'll be a cold day in hell, before Ubisoft patches up one of the older games they're having, let alone does it for an achievement, a new feature.

They're adding achievements to Watch Dogs games and others, because they can do it without changing those games code, through Ubi Connect/Steam launchers.
