If it's too high for you, because of Ubisoft Connect app, you have to figure out what causes that. It may be overlay (try to open, close it using Shift+F2 combination or disable it completely), or chat windows (try to close them in background), or app itself (try to minimize it, when the game launched).
It's better to contact Ubisoft moderators on their Discord server and post screenshots of your task manager with high CPU usage there. They had Ubisoft Connect related channel for feedback, not sure if they still has it. Unfortunately, Discord is banned in my country. But I contacted them in the past, and they fixed some Ubisoft Connect related issues after that.
