Explanation: the game was initially released with 30 fps limit on consoles, they added high performance 60 fps mode later. As a result, the game wasn't properly tested with higher fps in mind. That's why there are several places in the game where physics engine goes nuts with fps higher than 60. It mostly affects collision detections here and there, especially when you're using window washing lifts. They often stuck when fps is way too high.
