Try switch between DX11 & DX12. You can switch between them fast without constantly rebooting the game adding -DX11 or -DX12 to launch options in Steam library, Legion's properties.
It's also important to delete 'pipelinecache' folder inside game settings folder near configuration file. Because it contains some additional shader caches.
Also try to delete Ultra textures, the game might use less RAM/VRAM after that:
data_win64\videos_ultra.dat
data_win64\videos_ultra.fat
data_win64\worlds\london\london_ultra.dat
data_win64\worlds\london\london_ultra.fat
I5 12400
16GB RAM
I've deleted pipeplinecache and Ultra textures and it's still crush
Try to change DX11 to DX12 and vice versa. Disable ray traced reflections, just in case.
Try to launch everything with admin rights: Steam, Ubisoft Connect, the game. Make sure that Ubisoft Connect is properly installed. I would recommend to reinstall it downloading from Ubisoft site[www.ubisoft.com].
Try to clear Nvidia's shader cache. I don't know how to do it, I have AMD card.
I just verifed files in steam (in steam properties of game), then it’s downloaded in steam a few files for me. After that campaign starts without any problems.
it is great to hear that this is now resolved after verifying game files.
If ever we can help in the future, just let us know.
