I tried to play Watch Dogs 1, and found it mostly annoyed me and gave up shortly after I started it, but that is probably because I played 2 first, which is the much better game.
I did play Watch Dogs 3 (bought in a sale when it was about £20.00) through the complete story line, as I do that if the story is ok, but, compared to WD2, the story line WD3 is empty and ultimately has no real point to a conclusion.
My final verdict on Watch Dogs 3 was .. it's a waste of 110gigs of drive space which something much better could be using.
Played WD games in this order: WD1 -> Legion -> WD2. And I found WD2 very disappointing, especially in everything related to stealth mechanics and the way they were balanced. It's a very safe sequel gameplay wise and tonally less WD1 than Legion. Also has significantly worse sense of humor compared to Bloodline DLC.
WD2 would be a much, much better and enjoyable game if it had Legion's stealth, melee fights and karma/felony system. And you could switch between all DedSec members: Wrench, Sitara, Horatio, Josh, T-Bone with their own unique abilities and gadgets.

What is the reason, Bryan?
You've never revisted your reason-free expression of dislike that is what gamers call a hit-and-run sore ass OP.
Proceeds to use words...
I wish I could make my own characters. Marcus is fun, but I really want to have a custom character. Legion can't even get that right, they are random.
I did enjoy having multiple of my characters talk, but it needs more interaction, it has potential to be better.
Ubisoft needs to make A GOOD watch dogs game in the future. I wouldn't mind the same multiplayer elements from Watch Dogs 2, I like those.
it was too late.
