gamepass is a scam, they don't do the gamepass anymore meaning no more new content, this game has been abandoned years ago

They 'do the gamepass' every 10 weeks, that's exactly how long each online season lasts. So you can still earn 700 WD credits if you get 80 levels online, despite there are only 3 seasons of content.

I'm trying to make in game purchases in Watch Dogs Legion and can't purchase anything (have been trying off an on for weeks now). I get the following error:

There is not content available at this time. Ubisoft error code Systemic-0xFFFFFFFF
