how to disable BattleEye?

i want to use mods that require a cheat engine and i don't intend to play online, so how do i disable BattleEye? the only way to do this is to put -BattleEye Launcher in the Game Launch Arguments but that doesn't seem to work

use wemod as long as you are playing sp offline no issue dont use it on coop

yea, that may have worked but turns out i have another issue, so that's fun...
