So we get to choose up to 5 perks?

I believe that in earlier versions of the game, we can only have 2 or 3 perks. I AFKed after finishing all maps before Wildbach, and have just returned for Wildbach. Since when do we have 5 perks without penalties? This could make earlier maps/tasks way easier., that's a good change.
