There is a terrible looking mobile game that to me looks like it could be a blatant ripoff. Kingshot.

I also am getting ads for this game. They straight up ripped off the sound fx, and are 95% similar to the soundtrack.

What a ripoff, plus it's the same kind of mobile shovelware gameplay copy-pasted over it that I've seen on several other 'games'.

if the music and sounds are paid assets and not original, you can't stop it, but the fact that the "night" sound and music is the same is really misleading and WEAK SAUCE. Devs that do this are honestly PATHETIC.

Mobile games aren't the issue, scummy developers and publishers are the issue. There's equally scummy practices in PC/Console games.
Direct your disgust at Century Games, not all mobile developers.

Kingdom Rush comes from Flash and Mobile. Monument Valley, Plants vs Zombies, Alto's Adventure, The Room. All games intended on launch for Mobile that were successful enough to be ported.

Even the music in their ad was taken from Thronefall. The advertisement even used their music...

Nah, there's no way that's actionable. They stole a lot of the ideas, but it at least looks like their own implementation and that kind of IP gave us no loading screen minigames for 17 years.

LOL you can't use another games sound assets in your ads. END of story. The concept is one thing, but literally using the assets is a bridge to far regarding legality.
