Does giving a bunker tower the archer's spire upgrade double the speed their cooldown decreases?

The attack cooldown of bunker towers decreases with every shot they take, and archer's spires shoot an additional arrow. Do these effects synergize? Or do the two arrows still count as one shot?

I think not (based on my observations) - its a one shot triggered that launches 2 arrows. It is still a good combo though ;)

Hi, i thought that yes, it doubles the progress, but i'm not sure :)

To be fair, the Double Shot Arrow Upgrade itself gives +attack speed directly and this is why it shoots faster and also charge up faster.
