Spoilers: Help with (I believe) second to last boss

Lucifer keeps obliterating my party with his wind spell. Is there any equipment that can guard against it? Should I be doing something to cancel him from using it?

My party is Claude Bowman Celine and Rena. I have Leon and Chisato in the backlines.

Equip something to protect against wind damage?

There's lots of ways to lower the damage of this. Depending on the difficulty, and level of your characters, there's a spell called "reflection" that might be all you need to survive this.

Lots of armor and accessories have elemental resists on them, check your equipment/inventory, you probably have some and don't even know it.

Also, if you have the ring of might equipped, this makes you take more spell damage. Not good especially if you're getting oneshot. Make sure you don't have weakness to wind on some of your characters.

This. Check your equipment to make sure nobody has a weakness to wind. Also check that you’re not using the IC specialty “Train” for this boss fight, as that lowers your characters’ stats.

Also, Rena/Celine’s Angel Feather and Reflection spells provide party-wide buffs that mitigate elemental damage, which may help prevent you from getting one shotted from winds of destruction.

the Dream Crown helmet absorbs wind and you can get one from one of the challenge missions. i think its mages only or women only though

Start off every battle by casting Reflection and then Angel Feather.

Bowman: Reflecting Plate(absorb wind) or Seraphic Garb(1/2 wind)
Claude: Reflecting Plate(absorb wind) or Seraphic Garb(1/2 wind), Shield of Athena(1/2 wind)
Rena: Robe of Deception(wind no effect)
Celine: Robe of Deception(wind no effect)

Make sure to go to your Specialties and turn OFF Training

You can also do Cooking, there are lots of food effects that will boost the whole party. IT's worth it to spend time in the Master Chef arena, getting special ingredients and doing cooking.

There are tons of battle items you can craft and use.
