If you got your name from Electrosphere btw, that's my fav plane series.
Another thing to consider is, even without the above tip, you can break many of them fast with either magic or something like upgraded Claude's Helmet Breaker. Once broken an enemy stops attacking and takes massive dmg. You could try silencing them with Rena, too, but I've never bothered trying that since it hasn't been necessary.
Do not forget to upgrade the IC Biology as this gives you a huge growth to HP.
A spellcaster of your own can easily interrupt everyone on the field too.
Use quick tactic "interrupt enemy spells" on your party too.
I think it might be due to the fact that its realy hard to stack INT.
you can cap attack out however at 9999. its just never going to happen with INT.
