How do super specialty levels work?

Is it an average of the party members levels in the relevant skills or specialties? It's annoying that it no longer displays what specialties and skills comprise the super specialty after you have it, it would be nice to be able to reference without scrolling through all the skills to figure it out.

While in the Improve Menu, you can press RT on a controller and it will show you the Relevant Skills for each Super Specialty. Also, if you press X/■ on the controller, you can see the relevant skills for other ICs and Specialities.

The skills are all overpowered so it’s not much worth worrying about. Just being able to use the super skills is game breaking as it is. Blacksmith skill is only good if you use alchemy (to get the minerals) which is a basic skill

Every 3 levels equals 1 Super Specialty Level. The max is 80, but it caps at 30, so you you should level 10 early.
