It's either a large flat area where it's easy to run in circle and bodyguard to death every that spawn, or stack 5 monster that are very quick to kill for you and use some card during the battle for extra value.
But at your level it's starting to get slow unless you are in the "dungeon of the 10 dudes" or the "real last dungeon" (the game tell you where it is). At your level you can bodyguard monster here but it's mostly corridors and small room so you might end up spending time doing fight manually.

I don't say names 'cause I dunno if you want big spoilers.

There is two ring that can up the chance of bodyguard of 15/30%, not sure how it works tho. Stacking will probably not work considering how the rest of the game works, it wouldn't hurt to try wearing the 30% one on everybody to give a try.

You can also make food (double fish and double veg IIRC) that either give 2 sp or 2 bp. It's kind of tedious to go trough the menu tho.

Ah so first of all they are called SP and BP in english ... Ohkay...
That the focus of my Question... So there is no real way to speed up that gaining from monsters that drop a good amount of it, right?

Beside that I can farm some more levels b4 I gotta grind

Side Question... I have to face the 10 Dudes or rather 7 dudes am I able to return while being at it?

Once you beat the last guy you can save a file marked as "completed". There is also a save right before him.
If you load a save marked as completed, you can keep playing, do some PA you missed, or even go back on Expel and do another dungeon. Said file will always be marked as completed.
If you make a "new game +" and use a save marked as completed, you re-do the story but keep stuff by sp/bp/exp/relation/fols/etc. Good if you wanna rush the game and see the content from the point of view of another hero, while not having to grind anything.

I don't think you need more than something around lv60-70 to beat the game, so anything after that is grind not any useful unless you beat the game and do the optional dungeon.

If someone want ot see both side of the story, I would say finish the game, do a new game+, finish again, load and do the optional dungeon, since loot inside it is completely ridiculous.

At level 130 you should be able to defeat Gabriel no problem. If you cant, the easiest way to get SP/BP is by either cooking the dishes which give +2 SP or +2 BP (Different dishes), or by grinding out either mobs on Floor 8 of Phynal, or doing arenas. If you have cleared the game, go visit the Maze of Tribulations by loading a cleared save and going to the man in the Fun City Arena, then listening to Raddal who will tell you where to go.

At 130 even Gabriel limiter off is possible. Actually rather than achievement, there's no need to go 255.
