What are the good item you must get from Goodie Box without breaking the game?

I'm on early after Celine joins as a guest, and I already have two goodie boxes from Challenge Mission and pickpocketing from Old Man. Are there any decent items from Goodie Box that I must get beside Sword of Marvel that I can use early without breaking the game? Or should I just not use it? I heard that you can actually get Sword of Marvel and just selling it rather than use it for good amount of fol.

The answer is nothing or everything. If you don't want to break the game, just use it once without save scumming and see what you get. If you get Sword of Marvel, so be it, it means Jesus wants you to have it, you ain't breaking anything.

The only thing that breaks the game is save scumming.

Yes, you're correct. I thought at first that goodie boxes were rare, but apparently it was quite easy to craft them. Almost anything can break the game by just save scumming.

Nothing. There's no "need" to get anything from it, unless you want to make it a joke for most of the game

You can craft goodie boxes with 4 or 5 in art also its in the strange goods section.

Yeah but So2 is basically save scumming the game, everyone does it. You can make a 720 attack searing sword before cross cave if you want its not hard.

I did some searching for tips and guides for the early game to play the remake. Almost all of the information I got was the one that broke the game. Some of the ICs and specialties are also broken. It is better to use IC/Speciality for missions or sidequests only with minimum usage.

I ended up just equipping my party with equipment that was available at the town ATM. Determination and purity are already broken enough for the early part.

You can also level up writing, and craft skill books that can boost those skill levels to 7 for everyone. You save quite a bit of SP early on if you do this. It doesn't take a lot of skill points to level up writing.
