Game won't start for me. :(

I keep getting a black screen when i try playing it. when i click the screen I get a windows pop up saying Star ocean the second story R is not responding.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I got it to start but had issues where if froze in a loading screen when I switched to my 2nd monitor.
- I wonder if it has issues with a dual monitor setup?

Update: had to restart my PC after install. working fine now.
