Such "precision tweaking" is actually an interesting sub-category of the usual "give me all she got"-style overclocking. There are even contests around such things ("get a score as close as X") so we thought that such an achievement would be fun :)
I had to underclock my CPU to almost lowest speed possible (1.3Ghz) and restrict the frame rate in order to throttle the GPUs. But there it is.

I literally had to tweak around with the base clock digits behind the dot. After overclocking the CPU and throttling the GPUs and adjusting the base clock from 100.000 to 100.200, I had finally gotten it right.
