An unknown error occurred...
I keep getting the same error every time I try to run the benchmark. Any help would be appreciated.

Unexpected error running tests.
Workload Single init returned error message: DXGI call IDXGISwapChain::SetFullscreenState failed [-2005270494]:

The requested functionality is not supported by the device or the driver.

DXGI_ERROR_NOT_CURRENTLY_AVAILABLE

Most commonly this error (SetFullscreenStateFailed) is caused by a background application that is not fully DX11 compatible. Close any background applications and try again. It may also be caused by any virtual video drivers (for example, applications that allow you to use windows desktop on your iPad or provide remote desktop connection over the internet) - such drivers often are not supporting DX11 properly.

If none of these suggestions help, open a suppor tticket at http://support.futuremark.com and include full details about your system.
