Total freeze like that usually indicates problems with drivers or hardware. What kind of system? Which driver version? What do you have running in the background?
I see you revamped your website a bit - much easier to understand what is what and pricing.
I'm using Avira Internet Security. When I install 3DMark, it tells me that there is a trojan trying to be installed.
"The file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading\223850\bin\x86\dxinfo.exe'
contained a virus or unwanted program 'TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen' [trojan]
Action(s) taken:
The file was moved to the quarantine directory under the name '5ac8609d.qua'!"
So I removed that file. Hit run on 3DMark. The loading screen pops up then freezes. And finally, the program crashes.
What should I do?
Thanks! Worked like a charm.
