Indeed, thank you.
I just got 3DMark to run on my new system. I last had 3DMark06 Advanced. In the settings on the 3DMark side I got to link my steam account which it pulls up without an issue, but after clicking on signing on the steam page it brings me back to the 3DMark page and displays:
"Steam account has already been connected to another Futuremark account"
The thing is I don't have another Futuremark account. The only other account I can THINK of is this one from 3DMark06, which is the same account I am trying to link. Is it that the steam account is already LINKED to this same account?
Checked all files, everything ok, still locking up
Remove and re-installed - everything working :)
I reproduced a probable GeForce 466.47 driver bug affecting the 3DMark FireStrike (Ultra) Physics test negatively. The issue is causing high GPU load (%) and significantly lower scores in this test (~ -7%).
From my end, and using version 466.47, I'm systematically and consistently getting anomalous high GPU load % (ranging ~20-40% avg with spikes too) and 21K score running this test, and when I roll back to the prior version 466.27, I get the usual and expected low fixed GPU load % (3%) and my usual 23K score.
I also reverted 3DMark to an old version available as a beta from Steam to check this possible factor, but the FireStrike (Ultra) Physics score and high GPU load % were again the same using 466.47 on this old 3DMark version.
The expected GPU load % and usual Physics CPU score in this test only return after rolling back to the prior GeForce 466.27 driver.
If you need it, I can send you screenshots of the 3DMark Detailed monitoring of this test using 466.47 and 466.27 and showing the mentioned GPU load % difference running this test with the different driver versions, the URL links to my public scores, and the 3dmark score files.
I've already sent feedback to NVIDIA, but I haven't got any response so far from them.
Here is my full testing configuration:
Test Configuration – Hardware
- Intel Core i9-9900K (Hyper-Threading/Turbo boost on; stock settings)
- Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO motherboard (Intel Z390 chipset, v.F12l BIOS)

Please, could you look at this from your end and, if you reproduce the issue, contact the NVIDIA driver team about this possible driver bug?
Regards.
I already reported on the GeForce GRD forums about this possible GRD 466.47 driver bug: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/453674/geforce-46647-grd-feedback-thread-released-51821/3081785/
The comment on the NVIDIA forums includes the following screenshots of the 3DMark Detailed monitoring of this test using GRD 466.47 and GRD 466.27 showing the mentioned GPU load % difference running this test with the different driver versions, and the URL links to my corresponding public scores:

Reinstalling the program does not give any results. What is the reason?
1.Verifying files with Steam
2.Running the app at least once with administrator privilages
?
Try opening task manager. listing all processes and if adapter_info.exe or dxr_info.exe is stuck, do end task on those, does that clear it up?
