Poor performance with 7950x3d + 5090 on TimeSpy

I have this pretty high end config but in TimeSpy I got a very poor result compared to the average score of my configuration but, above all a lower graphics score than what I got with another build where I have 9800x3d and 5080. The only way to get a graphics score in line with the average of a 5090 is to activate the gaming mode that deactivates the CCD1 cores, in this way, however, I have a low score in the CPU test. I don't understand where the limitation is that makes me remain so far behind in the score compared to many others
