What exactly are you trying to download?

Note that the separate test DLCs are only meant for controlling installation/uninstallation of individual tests with the paid version. If you try to download them separately without owning the paid version, they do nothing.

If you are seeking the free demo, go to the 3DMark store page and click "Download demo". If you are having issues with that, need more detail what exactly is occurring.
