I cannot find 3DMark in my steam library NO OPTION FOR SOFTWARE in dropdown only TOOLS!

So the title says it all I cannot find 3DMark in my STEAM library beacuse it only has three options 1. Games 2. Tools and 3. Soundtracks That is all. No option for software I can see at all! and YES I purchased it! It is on my BANK STATEMENT!

Also it is NOT in Tools. I have contacted support but they told me to look in software...THERE IS NO FREAKIN SOFTWARE OPTION!

Your bank statement doesn't count, what count is if steam has count your purchase. (Account Details > View purchase history)

alternative go to shop page and there should be the play button under you own that.

It is visible if "Software" is selected in the dropdown at the top left corner of library view. (right under the search box at the very top)

If there is no Software there (normally there should be "Games", "Soundtracks", "Software" and "Tools" as options), it is possible you own zero Software titles. At that point I'd recommend contacting Steam support to determine what is going on with your Steam account. We have no visibility into it from our end.

I sent the confirmation code to support! That proves I purchased it from steam.

Now I found it somehow and clicked use now and it said An error occured when launching this game no licenses?

I requested a refund. I will get this on 3DMark website. I am done trying to find it and use it...should not be that hard!

Well this is my last post on this, but I got a refund from STEAM, went to a competitors game site, and got 3DMark and IT WAS IN MY LIBRARY AUTOMATICALLY! No stupid searching for it! And it works perfectly. I do not know WHY I had so much trouble with this on STEAM...but they ought to rethink the way they put software into their library. Their games I have never had a problem with...finding or playing....but to me their software is somewhat screwed up...at least for me it was. But all's well that ends well I guess....
