Sorry, the application will not run with data from a path that
contains logograms.Please move DLC data to a path that contains only Latin
characters, for example:
C:\ProgramData\UL3DMark

Would need more information but in general this error means you have installed 3DMark to a path that has special characters that prevent it from working. Unicode characters, exclamation marks... things like that. If so, create another Steam library folder with no special characters and install 3DMark there.
