Report a translation problem
You can manually delete this file to reset all 3DMark settings:
C:\Users\YOURWINDOWSUSERNAME\AppData\Local\UL\3DMark\app-settings.json
If validation fails it generally means there is an issue with the server or some internet connectivity problem. Sorry, all you can do is to try again later. 3DMark autosaves the results in Documents/3DMark/ and you can reopen a result later and try to validate it again, or try to upload it manually via Settings page in 3dmark.com (there is a manual upload - "SUBMIT RESULT MANUALLY" at the bottom of that page)
