Is there like a settings to set it on Windowed and not on Fullscreen every time you try to do a stress test? I use Time Spy and I only have 1 monitor

Didn't know that the benchmark has custom settings thanks for that! Just recently bought 3DMark not so long ago but is there a similar settings for the Stress Test? Can't seem to find one

That setting is not available for stress test. Sorry. The intent is that nothing else is done on the computer during the stress test.

I see, thank you for that! I wanted to check if my system is stable if I try overclocking bit by bit while stress testing, but again thank you for the answer!

For the type of operation you seek, run time spy custom (graphics or physics test depending on what you are overclocking) in windowed mode with loop on and then modify settings.

Once you think your settings are good you can then verify with normal Stress Test.
