Odd error. In short, benchmark asked the system "please list the supported display modes and resolutions" and the GPU driver replied "nope, can't do that at the moment".

Most likely cause is some kind of background program that is interfering, or a very odd peripheral with broken drivers (things like USB-to-VGA adaptors that allow attachment of extra monitors). Could also be some kind of very odd compatibility issue with the monitors you have attached. If you have multiple monitors, perhaps try unplugging all except the primary monitor and see if that changes anything.

Thank you very much I solved this problem! I was like 3 hours reinstalling drivers. It did not work due to a HDMI-to-DVI adaptor.
It also solved me the problem "Your video card does not support alpha blending with floating point render targets (D3DFMT_A16B16G16R16F), which is required to run this game. Exiting..."

Having something like HDMI-to-DVI adaptor in the mix can cause problems. Effectively the system thinks it has no monitor attached and 3DMark can't work without knowing the monitor resolution.
