3dmark only starts demo and not advanced

i buyed 3dmark advanced today and it's not working it says to me that i must buy the advanced edition.

Are you using Linux or Windows?

If Linux, then it is currently not supported and would require workarounds. See https://www.protondb.com/app/223850

If Windows, then it is likely you have run into a rare but very annoying Steam bug. Steam client should write the license key for 3DMark to the registry. But it appears to fail to do so for a small number of people. If this is the case, I recommend contacting Steam support. We are trying to solve this issue with Steam, but with no luck yet.

Only the very old 3DM-ICF- keys can be directly applied to Steam. If you have one of these keys and it somehow does not work on Steam, contact our support - some of these keys are indeed not in Steam database and cannot be activated. We can identify these keys and solve this issue.
