Time Spy Graphics Test 2 crashing on 4090
This issue has been driving me insane as I look for a fix. 3D Mark constantly crashes when I attempt Time Spy graphics test 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am trying everything to look for a fix or find the fault in my new system. Please let me know what information I can give to help out.

My specs:
GPU: 4090
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K, 3200 Mhz, 24 Core(s), 32 Logical Processor(s)
Ram: 2 x 32 Corsair Dominator RAM (I've done mem tests and everything passes)
SSD: WD_BLack Sn850x 4000GB

If this was just your build unable to pass Time Spy, I would start by suggesting something like OCCT's 3D Adaptive GPU test; dial your GPU overclock back until you can run this stress test for 30 minutes with no errors. Then run Time Spy.

But if you are also crashing the third test, I would begin to question whether your overclock in general was stable. Can you make it through 3DMark's SysInfo collection and then run Time Spy with both CPU and GPU at stock default clocks?
There are a lot of problems at the moment with the 13900k and 14900k. You can also find information about this on Google. Intel is currently investigating the issue. It only helps to clock down the 14900k

Yes this ended up being the issue. I had to manually set core limits in bios. Thank you both for the replies and advice.
