I have a 4090, and a 13700KF

Not sure what has happened? I don't want to re install windows and wipe my computer to see if that works, but I'm mad like that. I have already ran windows update and got the latest drivers with a clean install.

Nothing has changed in the test. Note that there have been reports with recent NVIDIA drivers having minor performance loss, so before you start nuking windows, you may want to look into that. What driver you used in the run you are comparing against?

There's your problem. 551.86 or 552.44 instead.
