3DMark monitoring only shows FPS graph

Hello!
I just bought 3D Mark, and I can run the benchmarks, but in the monitoring Window, I cannot see the temps, etc, i can only see an orange graph with the FPS.
Then, in the online results It says I have hardware monitoring disabled,but It Is not true.
I have a MSi laptop with i9 13980hx and a rtx 4090.

This would mean monitoring code crashed during the run. Most common cause is a conflict with another application doing similar hardware monitoring. Try closing other applications that may do temperature/clock speed monitoring.

I always run 3DMark alone!

Same thing is happening with me. However, the developer insists that the problem is on our side.
