CPU bottleneck ? If i do a run in windowed 1080P it's a smooth line at max clock.

Nothing odd. Graphics test is not supposed to max out the CPU or you would be CPU limited, so the CPU clock speed dips during graphics tests are completely normal.

If Windowed maxes it out, it would mostly indicate that the driver has more work when compositing the desktop vs using exclusive full screen.

Now if you would see less than maxed CPU *and* GPU load noticeably under 100%, then there would be something odd going on as that would imply bottleneck is somewhere else. Note that exactly 100% GPU load is not always possible, 97-99% is totally fine and still indicates fully maxed GPU.

That is good to know. Thanks It's just that i have seen graphs with the same CPU that did not have these dips and wondered if something was wrong or not set right.
