How to use the program?
Had it for a while, got it for free. Don't know how to use it but my friends all say it's to benchmark your PC so you can figure out what would be optimal settings to get the best performance with your hardware? I've been having serious lag issues online and offline whenever I play Tekken 8, sometimes with Warzone too. I assume it has to do with my frame rate. Here is whats runnin' in the engine.

ROX STRIX B550-F Motherboard
GTX 1660 Ti
16GB RAM
1TB NVMe
850w PSU
Ryzen 5 3600
ASUS TUFF Gaming Monitor, 144ghz

More information can be provided if needed. I've ran the program a few times and I've watched videos but I still cannot understand what the numbers means and how to apply them into my settings. The hardware is in an open case Thermaltake ATX, semi-medium amount of dust but I clean it roughly every 1-2 months. Help would be appreciated.

Yes but no.
Your CPU will bottleneck the GPU.

Only a combo upgrade would make sense,
