Some errors with D12 test.
I bought a new pc a month ago. I wanted to test the hardware. Time spy and extreme one is okay, runs perfectly fine but having two different errors with steel nomad and speed way.

Steel nomad says,

eva::graphics::rendering::scene_renderer::render(): Exception thrown in worker thread. Type: class std::runtime_error What: File: dx12_backend.cpp Line: 1219 Function: unsigned char *__cdecl dm_gfx::dx12::dx12_backend::map(struct dm_gfx::native_data_handle<struct dm_gfx::tag_buffer_handle>) const Expression: native_buffer.resource->Map(0, nullptr, &data) Error: unknown error (0x887a0006) Message: Failure may have happened prior to this call

Also speed way,

File: F:\futuremark\jenkins\workspace\Tango_release-1.0.8@2\engine\external\3dmark-sdk\sdk\dm_gfx_project\dm_gfx\dxgi\swap_chain.cpp Line: 240 Function: IDXGISwapChain::Present Expression: result Error: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action. (0x887a0005)

Every game is totally okay except some specific ones like cyberpunk(crashes when i start a new game), everspace 2(works fine with D11 but when i go into menu, it crashes with D12) and diablo 4(randomly crashes in 1-20 min).

I tried to fix by doing most common solutions like ddu+fresh install drivers, windows clean install, undervolt, gpu scheduling, game bar, game mode off, memtest etc.

On a general level, when multiple tests and games crash, there is a problem somewhere. Potential reasons are either a background program interfering or faulty hardware.

You could try underclocking (instead of undervolting) to see if that cures the crashes. If yes, your card is not stable at stock clocks and you should RMA it.

The 3DMark errors you quote generally mean "GPU driver crashed" which commonly means hardware side problems, but not always. Sometimes driver crashes are caused by misbehaving background programs - RTSS.exe and Afterburner being the two most common ones sometimes crashing GPU driver.
