Lower than expected CPU score in Timespy (Normal) with 7800XT
I have upgraded from an R9 290 to a 7800XT and while most tests are running as expected, Timespy has a small oddity in the cpu test.

With the 290 I get between high 15k right up to 17k with high cpu oc. But with the 7800, im barely meeting 14k. The test environment and cpu oc profile remains the same. Only change is removing old legacy drivers, clean with ddu and then installing the latest drivers.

R9 290
Score: 4588
GFX: 4072
CPU: 16306

7800XT
Score 20477
GFX: 22173
CPU: 14286

I cant seem to do anything configuration wise to remedy this. ive tried tweeking the cpu oc and toggling rebar/sam. Is it a known issue with 7800 drivers? and should they even have an effect on the cpu test. Scores are reproducible across windows 10 and 11 so not what I would call margin of error.

Time Spy CPU test does not scale much past 8 cores. 5950X has "too many cores" for this CPU test. With 7800XT the GPU driver is different and it probably causes different CPU load.

Just use Time Spy Extreme or CPU profile with any CPU that has > 8 cores.
