TIme Spy's 'Rock Solid' Achievement Won't Unlock

I just ran the Time Spy stress test with a result of 99.1%, and that is supposed to unlock the Rock Solid Achievement, but it doesn't.

Did you view the result online using 3dmark.com account that has a steam sign-in associated? The achievements are server-side and trigger when you upload them to 3dmark.com with an account that has Steam credentials so it knows who to credit.

Now if you have uploaded the result, can you give a link to the result on 3dmark.com so I can check what is up?

Unlocked for me when I uploaded my 99.6% score.

I've ran it a second time, with my Steam-account (which is also under the name of 'Yonix'), but again it didn't unlock (with a score of 99.1%).

Sadly that result is not in your 3DMark.com account (it is without an owner).

Normally Steam should sign in you to 3DMark.com using your steam sign-in when you click "view result online". No idea why it didn't at this time.

Try going to 3DMark.com/login, logging in using "sign-in using Steam" to go to your account.

Then start 3DMark (with browser still open) and run again, then click "view result online". Does it now go to your account, showing under your results in the account?

Glad to hear you like it - nice to see a compliment in the sea of inevitable technical issues that currently fill this forum... "Joy" of PC gaming... bazillion different configurations, uncountable number of different background programs, drivers, settings... and even if you try to anticipate everything, sometimes they just don't all play happily together.

Achievement completed! I can add that I'm logout first and then login by pressing "Steam sign in" button. Don't close browser!

99,2% solid. Achievement worked just fine.

I did had logged in Chrome to 3dmark website and then closed browser.
Click in 3dmarkCompare result online and after than browser opened up and gave achivement.

It indeed seems that you need to click "compare result online" before it can trigger. We will look into this next week.

IF you are not getting it even after clicking compare online, open a support ticket with link to your result

99.1%, but the achievement didnt unlock for me either even though I've clicked "compare result online" and have already logged into my steam account. I'm using Mozilla Firefox though

We had some issues during the steam sale with Steam servers being overloaded. If 3DMark.com cannot talk to Steam server (and gets a timeout), no achievement :(

The case above we did fix manually.
