Overall result of 0 means either a failed run (it did not complete), or a custom run (custom runs only produce Graphics and CPU scores, no overall score)

You can run with any kind of monitor - 3DMark runs internally at 1440p and then scales to your windows desktop resolution.

I'm having the same issue. Test just fails to run. Not happy. I paid for the Full package.

So, what kind of system you have? Any background programs running that might block DX12 full screen mode? Remember that any background app that draws overlays or otherwise directly ties to DirectX has to be fully DX12 compatible or it will prevent Time Spy (and any other DX12 application using exclusive full screen mode) from working.

No background programs at all. Running an i7 4790k and a GTX 980. Installed on an SSD. No other current issues with software, programs or hardware.

I dont have an account. Also, allow me to clarify, I of course have background programs running, but nothing that ever causes any affect to other games, including DX12 games such as Forza Apex and Tomb Raider. My main background processes are; Nvidia, Avast, Data colour, Drop box, Oculus (No way to disable this) MSI afterburner and Steam. I find it odd to think any of these are the issue. As I said, I have run other DX12 applications with no issues.

Do "Verify integrity of application cache" and then make sure Avast doesn't quarantine the Time Spy executable (if it is quarantined, it would immediately fail to run the test and then show 0 score)

Ok I verified files, I disables avast and closed MSi. Still same error. Program opens. Launches the Test, but after a split second of loading, jumps to results screen of 0 and gives a small "oops, there's been an error" message at the top. An error code would be helpful.

Can you email the 3DMark.log from Documents/3DMark to [e-mail] and I'll take a look

I also hope you disabled AVAST *before* you verified files, or the file it got via verification just got instantly quarantined again...

Sorry, the log doesn't have much information - the workload just closes early.

Might be worth trying to reinstall the video drivers using custom -> perform clean install - any change?

Does Fire Strike run normally on the system?

Firestrike runs fine. Used old Drivers yesterday; didnt work, Just installed Nvidias most recent driver, clean install, still doesn't work.

It refused to run on my 270X on Win10 Pro 64bit, but you mentioned overlays, so I killed Plays.tv - works fine after that. Something to keep in mind for AMD users.
