When upgrading Windows 10 with the Anniversary Update, note that Windows randomly disables any Windows Services it does not recognize - Futuremark SystemInfo being one of them. This means all Futuremark benchmarks are affected.
-> I run 3dmark : Futuremark SystemInfo 0.0.0.0. to Futuremark SystemInfo 4.47 update
-> click it- nothing happend.

To fix this, after update uninstall Futuremark SystemInfo from Programs and Features and then do a Verify Application Cache... from Steam client to 3DMark. This reinstalls the required component.
-> I tried IT.(uninstall in steam. GRAPHIC DRIVER reinstall, uninstall with revo program, FMrepair tool) but not fixed..

(exactly same issue happened when Microsoft rolled out Windows 10 November update, and I'd expect it to happen in the future as well whenever there are major updates that perform an in-place upgrade for the whole OS)

Also note that Anniversary Update re-enables many settings you may have disabled. One setting that can commonly cause issues with many 3D applications is the XBox Game App DVR that effectively limits the OS to functioning in Borderless Window mode & forced vsync. Check these settings if you are having issues.
-> I had disabled Xbox DVR, NVIDIA shadow play.

ps) I download Futuremark_SystemInfo_v428_installer and fturemark_SystemInfo_v447_installer.

and i tried install fturemark_SystemInfo_v447_installer. pop up error message(already installed another version product. disable install this version. uninstall another version product in contral panel. -> but no fturemark_SystemInfo in control panel.

i tried install fturemark_SystemInfo_v428_installer. it was installed... but 3dmark program no show my system info( loading system~~~ message..) and no run fire strike.

4.28 wont' work. Dont try to install it. Uninstall if you already did install.

I already installed last version. But last version isnt installed .
Pop up error message: "already installed another version. And brbr~"
So I try to find another version systeminfo in control panel(also i used revo-remover program).
But i can not find any another version systeminfo in my installed program list.

If Revo uninstaller has been used to remove SystemInfo and you have used the option to scan for any leftovers and the latest installer still claims you have another version installed, that is very very very unusual.

We've just released a new update to SystemInfo (4.48) - does this help?

Anyway, at least Microsoft has since then released this tool that solves the issue

Run that to remove existing Futuremark SystemInfo (or any other installed application that refuses to uninstall or upgrade), then revalidate 3DMark from Steam and latest is reinstalled on next startup.
