Report a translation problem
If Steam refuses to download them, then most likely you have either a messed up steam installation or family sharing enabled (see the "known issues" post up top)
Yes they are installed, they installed when I launched it for the first time.
Most likely some background app blocking full screen DX11 view then? Do you happen to have anything like TeamViewer, or some kind of USB-VGA adaptor in the system? Anything else that migh draw overlays or otherwise attach to the DirectX stack?
If needed, please email to info@futuremark.com with a screenshot of your task manager showing all running processes and copy of the log in Documents/3Dmark folder (3dmark.log file is there) and I'll take a look.

Well this is what I found in the log.

If so, delete that and try again.
That appeared to have worked, I'll see if anything else acts up. Thanks!
