As a random comparison that I found via search, same CPU+GPU but 3200Mhz RAM modules:
https://www.3dmark.com/spy/27764303
about 700 points higher graphics score.
Check what the actual speed of your modules is. If they are supposed to be faster than 2133Mhz, remember to turn XMP on in BIOS to get the "real" speed out of them.
dont enable xmp in bios of u want 10 degree hotter cpu for fps boost u cant really feel in games
Tried the auto overclock in bios for CPU. But CPU Temp went up and the case fans were up 90% in idle too.

Switched the cpu back and everything is super silent.

So only the cpu score thems to be affected by RAM speed.
Maybe its a temperature thing. All the other tests i have seen have temps under 60 degrees for gpu and cpu. Dont know how to achieve that without watercooling.
@carl yes xmp was/is enabled in bios. Maybe I should turn it off.
17400 GPU score is already above avg. Only you CPU score was low before, which result in a lower overall score
VBS is on, which impact CPU performance in 3dmark, turn it off.
