Report a translation problem
Delete C:\ProgramData\UL\3DMark folder and try allow it to recreate it. If still no go, ensure your user can actually write to ProgramData folder.
(note that this applies to Steam version only, if you delete it for standalone version, you also need to reinstall as the test data in standalone version has test data in this folder)
I deleted all 3DMark folder, and it has been recreated, however still no folders allowed in C:\ProgramData\UL\3DMark\tmp.
As you said though about application being unable to create a folder, I turned root priviledges on to all 3DMark.exe files, and it finally runs!
Before that, some time ago, I did it (set root access to app), and it didn't help, however I had no log to check what's wrong.
